Recent accomplishments by women professionals with NAI Global Offices in Multiple Markets

Lauren Larsen, with NAI Affinity in Northern Colorado, is a recent graduate of the Leadership Northern Colorado class following a six-month program that is designed to build human capacity and to identify, define, and address issues facing the Northern Colorado region. The leadership training initiative is a joint effort of the Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland Chambers of Commerce, the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, and the Weld Community Foundation. In February 2023, Lauren was promoted to Advisor and joined the brokerage team of NAI Affinity President Jake Hallauer, CCIM, and CEO Ryan Schaefer. She started with NAI Affinity in March, 2021, and held various positions, each of which she excelled in.

Gisella Haidar, with NAI Global (Capital Markets team), recently earned a Master’s Degree
in Real Estate Development from New York University and won several awards associated with her pursuit of the graduate degree, including being named one of Trepp’s Future CRE Leaders to Watch. Gisella started her commercial career in 2012 with C-III Realty Services, which merged with NAI Global in 2015. Gisella is part of the Capital Markets team, which concentrates its practice on investment sales/dispositions nationwide. Since becoming part of the Capital Markets team, Gisella has participated in over $1.2 billion of commercial real estate and non-performing loan sales, of which she was directly responsible for nearly $600 million.

Laurel Lewis, SIOR, a Managing Director with NAI Horizon in Phoenix, AZ, earned her SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. The 30-year office broker veteran was also one of NAI Horizon’s top three producers in 2022. Individuals who earn their SIOR designation adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR designation, to which there are 3,700 members in 722 cities and 45 countries. SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and trusted commercial real estate brokerage specialists, and these individuals are proven experts in their market and leaders in the industry.

Genieve Posen, MLA and a Senior Advisor with NAI SunVista in Albuquerque, NM, was nominated (and accepted) to be the 2024 CREW President of her state. Genieve is in her 10th year at NAI SunVista, where she originally worked in the marketing department and eventually became the firm’s marketing director. Four years ago, she got her license and transitioned to brokerage, concentrating on land sales and industrial property leases and sales. Her metro market (Albuquerque is its biggest city) has about half of the entire population of New Mexico – one million and two million, respectively, and has a sub-2% vacancy rate for industrial property.

Kayla Saunders, with NAI Black in Spokane, WA, won “Rookie of the Year” for her success in her first year of brokerage. Starting in May 2022, she closed 18 deals in her first year and is mentored by the firm’s Sales Manager, Devin Mecham. Kayla supported herself during college delivering pizza and after graduating from Spokane Community College, her father, who works in commercial construction, encouraged her to look at careers in commercial real estate. It wasn’t long afterward that she was hired by NAI Black. She and Mecham recently closed two multifamily deals, each under $1M (a 4-plex and a 5-plex) and she currently has an 8-plex multifamily unit under contract, plus three retail transactions pending signed leases.

Christina Vogler, Director of Business Development and Operations with NAI G2 Commercial Real Estate in Columbus, GA, is working with CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women, to create a new CREW chapter to serve her region in Georgia, which is the west-central border of the state with eastern Alabama and about 110 miles southwest of Atlanta. Christina joined NAI G2 Commercial in 2022, coming from an extensive background in leadership, management, fund raising, marketing, and administration. She lead’s the company’s G2 Agent Success Team and company operations and is focused on providing every opportunity for agent growth and success through their marketing efforts, community awareness, brand development, and professional sales development. Christina is a graduate of the University of Florida.
