Downtown Windsor continues to see movement on the redevelopment front, with a recent property sale near the Windsor Mill redevelopment on the town’s east side.
A newly created entity called 215 E 4th Street, LLC, in February bought a building at 213-215 E. 4th St., which is west, southwest of the Windsor Mill redevelopment project, according to a news release from real estate brokerage NAI Affinity.
The seller, Robert E. and Cheryl A. Ross Trust, sold the property for $735,000.
The newly created LLC is affiliated with Brinkman, of Fort Collins, which two years ago had a contract with the Windsor Downtown Development Authority to help craft a vision for downtown redevelopment in Windsor.
“The Downtown Windsor area continues to see growth and redevelopment, appealing to more users and increasing the vibrancy of the area, giving it a true downtown feel with walkability to restaurants, retailers, amenities and Windsor Lake,” NAI Affinity President Jake Hallauer said in the release.
