Ryan Schaefer and Jake Hallauer represented the seller, Thompson Ranch Development Company, in the sale of approximately 2.55 acres of land, located within the 2534 Master Planned Community, (near the southeast corner of I-25 and US 34) in Johnstown, CO. This will be Coral Bay Wine & Spirits’s second location within Northern Colorado.
The multi-tenant building will be a total of 14,400+/- sq. ft., of which Coral Bay will occupy approximately 8,100 sq. ft. and will include a drive-thru for liquor store convenience. The multi-tenant building will be directly east of the Comfort Suites hotel and northeast of SCHEELS, along Thompson Parkway.
