Ryan Schaefer and Jake Hallauer brokered the sale of multiple commercial retail sites (owned by an affiliated entity of Affinity Partners) at 2534 in Johnstown, CO to SCHEELS All Sports, Inc. and Johnstown Plaza, LLC. Johnstown Plaza, LLC plans to develop a large regional shopping center, anchored by SCHEELS. SCHEELS is a 250,000 square foot store. This SCHEELS store is the second largest retail store in Colorado and includes sports simulators, a Ferris wheel, a large atrium, an aquarium and many other great attractions.
