Ryan Schaefer and Jake Hallauer represented the Seller, SC Multifamily, LLC, in the sale of an approximately 16.1-acre parcel of land at the NW corner of Timberline Rd and Drake Rd to a McWhinney related entity. McWhinney developed an approximately 314 unit market rate apartment complex at the site known as the Trails at Timberline.
